David Culhane Memorial Scholarship for Future Firefighters

Criteria for eligibility:

• Must be enrolled at Tarrant County College and admitted into the college’s Basic Firefighter Program.
• Must be an independent academy trainee, not sponsored by a municipal fire department.
• Preference is given to applicants who meet federal or state guidelines for financial need.
• Preference is given to those with the intent to work in a Tarrant County fire department.
