Texas Trust Gives Foundation Scholarship in honor of Leroy Buchanan

Criteria for eligibility:

• Must be currently enrolled at or entering Tarrant County College.
• Must intend to pursue an associate degree or certification of completion.
• Must have a minimum TCC GPA of 3.0 OR
• Must have a high school equivalent if a first-time TCC student.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
• Preference for students pursuing studies in the field of business.
• Preference for students with a minimum of 9 credit hours for period of award.
• Preference for students at Southeast Campus.
• Preference for first generation college students.
• Preference given to applicants that meet federal or state guidelines for financial need.

Criteria for renewal:

• Recipient will receive a spring scholarship if a minimum semester GPA of 3.0 is achieved and a minimum of 9 credit hours is completed in the fall.
