Visions Unlimited Scholarship

Criteria for eligibility:

• Must be currently enrolled at Tarrant County College.
• Must pursue an associate degree or certificate of completion.
• Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.25.
• Must enroll in a minimum of 9 credit hours (or full-time enrollment as defined by the recipient’s program) for period of award.
• Must have completed a minimum of 18 credit hours.
• Must have successfully completed the two initial Psychology transition courses in a Visions Unlimited cohort prior to the semester in which the scholarship is being awarded.
• Must be able to show written proof to the TCC Foundation upon award of being actively involved in at least one or more of the following: a Visions Unlimited mentor, leadership or participation in a student club or organization or 10 volunteer hours with any nonprofit organization.

Criteria for renewal:

• Recipients will receive a spring scholarship if a minimum semester GPA of 2.25 is achieved and a minimum of 9 credit hours (or full-time enrollment as defined by the recipient’s program) are completed in the fall.
