Vince Genovese Scholarship

Criteria for eligibility:

• Must be entering Tarrant County College.
• Must intend to pursue an associate degree or certificate of completion.
• Must have a minimum high school GPA of 2.5.
• Must enroll in a minimum of 9 credit hours (or full-time enrollment as defined by the recipient’s program) for period of award.
• Must be the first generation in family to attend college.
• Must have completed no more than 9 credit hours prior to award.
• Must meet federal or state guidelines for financial need.
• With this scholarship comes the opportunity to meet the Rotary Club scholarship donors. The Rotary Club will contact you directly with an invitation to attend a meeting to share your goals and aspirations with club members.

Criteria for renewal:

• Recipient will receive a spring scholarship if a minimum semester GPA of 2.5 is achieved in the fall and a minimum of 9 credit hours (or full-time enrollment as defined by the recipient’s program) is completed.
