The Schuessler Family

This scholarship was created by the Shuessler Family in memory of Frances Tucker Schuessler, Professor Emeritus of Music who served students at the Tarrant County College South Campus from 1969-1997. Mrs. Shuessler passed on her love and appreciation for music to her students.

Frances Schuessler was also a dedicated volunteer at the Presbyterian Night Shelter from when it opened until shortly before her death. She was also a church organist and played in the hand bell choir. Frances Tucker Schuessler was dedicated to her students and the community.
