The Osborne Family

The Erin Elyse Osborne First Choice Scholarship is established by her family to honor Erin’s love of and participation in Tarrant County College’s First Choice Program on the Southeast Campus and the important role it has played in her life. The Scholarship is intended to enable deserving special needs student(s) to benefit from the First Choice Program who would otherwise not be financially able to attend.
