Ray and Ellen O'Neal
Ray and Ellen O’Neal started A-1 Rental in Fort Worth, Texas in 1956. A rental business was a new concept at that time and became very successful. The O’Neals retired from the business in 1998. The scholarship was created in honor of the life work and legacy of Mr. and Mrs. O’Neal.
