M.S. Doss Foundation
An endowed scholarship fund was established by the M.S. Doss Foundation in memory of Mr. and Mrs. Doss. They were among the first pioneers and settlers in Gaines County and were active in ranching, banking and oil. Generous to those less fortunate, they held an abiding love for young people and left their life estate to assist charitable youth organizations.
Impact
This scholarship assists students with the educational costs of pursuing a degree to achieve their educational dreams, giving preference to students that graduated high school in west Texas.
