Gordon Shilling
This scholarship was established by Gordon Shilling for new Tarrant County College students who have graduated from R.L. Paschal High School. As a graduate of R. L. Paschal High School, Mr. Shilling wishes to help students who are most at need financially to ensure they are able to start and complete their college education at Tarrant County College.
