Family and Friends of William Brandon Mills
This scholarship was established to remember and honor the giving spirit of William Brandon Mills. Brandon was a graduate of Tarrant County College who actively participated in student organizations at the Northeast Campus. His family and friends have chosen to remember him by supporting students with financial needs at TCC.
