Family and Friends of Dr. J. Ardis Bell

Established by family members and friends, the J. Ardis Bell, MD Memorial Scholarship honors the life and work of Dr. Bell who helped found Tarrant County (Junior) College. Dr. Bell served on the TCC Board of Trustees for 43 years, 32 as President. He desired that TCC be available to all who wanted to pursue their higher educational goals. This scholarship is created to support a broad and diverse population of TCC students.
