Dr. Cathie Jackson
The scholarship was established by Dr. Cathie Jackson in celebration and appreciation of the support staff of the Tarrant County College Admissions, Records, and Registrar offices who worked diligently on behalf of students and the community during her 34 years with TCC. This scholarship will enable excellent students to achieve their educational goals.
